Talent Acquisition Partner – Maternity Leave Replacement

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define position goals and requirements, create an efficient recruiting workflow, and build a candidate pipeline by sourcing and distributing in relevant platforms.
  • Manage a pipeline of several positions, including sourcing candidates, screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining pipeline flow, adjusting processes accordingly, and resolving ongoing issues. 
  • Identify ways to build and improve the position’s top of the funnel, and collaborate with headhunters and agencies. 
  • Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of our recruiting strategies and KPIs to improve future processes. 
  • Identify opportunities, initiate and execute innovative activities that facilitate recruitment success. 
  • Enhance employer brand awareness, candidate experience, and more. 
  • Become an active member of the recruiting team, promote professionalism and implement recruiting best practices across the company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at a fast paced growing startup.
  • Experience in hiring for various roles R&D, Product, Marketing, Business, and more.
  • Ability to establish a relationship of trust with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, independence, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage a high volume recruitment process while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, as well as a creative and positive mindset. 
  • High level of English, both written and verbal.
